Where do I find the icon menu

Just lost Add-in to Infusionsoft for Outlook. Am trying to set-up Email Sync and don’t know where to find the icon menu

I had the icon in Outlook but now it’s gone. The add-in says it’s disabled but it won’t enable in the Outlook settings.

Go to your user record, down toward the bottom of the page there is a Mail Account tab. Click that and then ‘sync email account’
