Infusionsoft sync for outlook

There was a button for ‘Send and record’ that allowed me to create an email in outlook and send it and record it all in one step.

That button is now gone. I have to send it, then open the send mailbox, select the email, and then I can ‘record the email’.

How do I get the send and record functionality back?

Hi, you have to pop out the email for that button to appear (you cand find the pop out button just above the send button when you are replying to an email).
