View contact record from Grid View

Hi - any way to do this?

In many situations, it’s easier to view contacts in Grid View.

However, to view contact record, you need to copy contact email address > open a new isoft tab > search contact.

Is there a reason why you can’t click through directly from the Grid, eg: by clicking on a “view” or “view contact” link displayed in the very first column?

The “view” link you’re looking for is the name itself. Click on the contact name and the detailed view for that contact will load.

That’s great thanks John! The ‘name’ field wasn’t in the view by default (only ‘firstname’ and ‘lastname’) so I had to add it. Just what I needed.
