UPS Real-Time Shipping Not Showing Up

Hi, we have the UPS Real-Time Shipping enabled on our Keap Max Classic account, and it’s always properly showed the shipping options in the shopping cart until about a month ago. Now no UPS options show up in the cart for shipping at all.

If I enable a flat shipping option, that shows up ok. But the UPS shipping isn’t being pulled in.

Keap support said we have everything set up properly in the Shipping settings and for the individual products, and we verified the UPS login details. The products have Shipping set to “Yes”, have a weight listed, and the UPS option is “Active”.

UPS said to talk to the developer (Keap).

Has anyone else experienced this and know any possible solutions? Keap and UPS haven’t been able to figure out why it’s not showing up, but maybe it’s a setting or option we need to adjust somewhere?

Any ideas why it wouldn’t be displaying?
