Updating DKIM keys and Infusionsoft/Keap UI

I just received a notice that I need to update my DKIM keys for some reason so IS can continue sending email on my behalf. They had a handy link to click with instructions on how to set it up:

However my UI looks nothing like this when I log in. I have the same Infusionsoft UI that I’ve had for 5 years.

Was the UI updated and I haven’t received the update on my account? Can I get the new UI, or is there another set of instructions on these DKIM settings that I can use?

Go under Marketing - Settings - Email Authentication
From there, the info should look the same.
