I am trying to test the Order Form functionality in Infusionsoft (KEAP), but I’ve encountered issues during the process.
To test this functionality, I attempted to place an order within an Infusionsoft account, which requires valid credit card details. I have tried multiple times using test credit card numbers while enabling the test mode in the Infusionsoft/KEAP account, and also attempted using live mode. Unfortunately, neither approach worked. Every time I try to place an order, I receive an error message stating, “Your order cannot be placed at this time.”
Could you please provide guidance on how to successfully test the Order Form, especially when it requires credit card details? If there are specific steps or settings we need to adjust to enable proper testing, kindly share those. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
