just want to ask if there is a link on how to transfer one campaign to another account?

You can transfer a campaign to the market place only from your registered partner account. Then from the market place to another app that you have been granted access to. You cannot transfer campaigns from apps other than your registered partner account.
I haven’t found an article on the subject but I’m sure someone here knows where one might be found.
