I am looking to rationalise the way we receive payments from clients. We currently send out monthly invoices and await payment (in some cases for months) If we have the customer’s credit card on file (and they have given us permission to do this) is there a way of charging this variable amount every month directly to their credit card?
Someone might think of a creative solution, however, if it’s a variable amount, you can’t create a subscription with those details (especially if you don’t know what those amounts are consistently up front). I might see a payment plan being used to simulate something but even then, not knowing the details ahead of time for each case would be prohibitive of that working.
