Supported merchant account for an Israeli based buisness

Hi
I am based in Israel. Most of my clients are from around the world.
I’m currently working with PayPal. But I am looking for more paying options for my clients-
Having the option for a few payments, membership, atc…
Anyone knows which payment service works with Israeli based businesses?

Not sure about Isreal specific, but paypal has a product called Payflow Pro that would act like an actual merchant account in IS forms. You might consider looking at that.
