Simple Campaign From Question

I just set up a new campaign. After setting up the web form and adding another field, logo, and text, I don’t see the changes in the code, whether it’s HTML or the hosted version. The code is the default two field form. Do I need to save it? I don’t see that option.

You need to publish set it to ready and then publish the campaign.
