Scheduling Tasks

In the training video, it says that Tasks are non-time specific things to do and appointments are time specific.

Then, in the video, when they show how to schedule a Task from the Interactive List View and she shows how when scheduling a Task, there is only a Due Date request (but no specific time widget).

When I try and do this same thing, my Task requires both a Due Date and a specific time.

So, I’m confused. I thought that Tasks were not time specific so why does it force me to list a specific time?
