I have customized an Order Form but the payment is not working when I try to place an order with the original credit card details. The Merchant showed up the error:
“Please update your credit card information before submitting again. Thanks!”

Hi, @Jordan_jordan. When you say, “original credit card details” do you mean the order worked once, then subsequent orders failed? Total conjecture on my part, but maybe because you are ordering the same thing with the same CC, the merchant account believes the order is a duplicate.
I think your best bet would be to contact Infusionsoft Support so they can run test transactions on your order form.
