Credit card payment failed in sandbox account


In our application, we have a custom subscription page and we do not use InfusionSoft storefront to select products. We get product details using InfusionSoft APIs and show them on our subscription page. Once user select products and continue then we redirect to the checkout page of InfusionSoft. This process was working fine but we face a problem in our sandbox account for a couple of days.

We have a problem completing the payment. Once we select the products and go to the cart page, and enter sample card details and then click “review order”. The error message is displayed (“This transaction has been declined. (2)” ) and we couldn’t continue.

I had a chat with your support team on Wednesday (13-Jan-2021) and today (15-Jan-2021) as well. But they couldn’t figure it out. Please look into this issue as we need to fix this problem as soon as possible.
