Recording emails from Outlook to IS - wrong date on Recent email history

Hi all,

I’ve just noticed today that emails that we are recording via Outlook to infusionsoft are:

  • Not showing in the Recent email history unless you click “view all”
    -The date is a complete random date from 2020

I have been having the same issue, did you manage to find a solution to this issue? I have tried with support but nothing has seemed to work for me.

no solution @Brendan_Mitchell. Is on my list to talk to my account manager this week.
