Outlook creates duplicate contact

Hi all,

Outlook seems to create a brand new contact in isoft when an email is received, regardless of whether the contact already exists in isoft.

Can the Outlook sync plugin be configured to match by email address, before creating a fresh contact?

You should see two options in the sync tool, “Locate in Infusionsoft” or “Add to Infusionsoft”. Outlook Sync won’t automatically add contacts to Infusionsoft without manual interaction.
