Someone opted out and provided feedback. Where can I go to view the feedback?
Hi, @Dianne_Murray. You can look at the unsubscribe report in Marketing > Reports and click on the Unsubscribe Report. The status “Provided Feedback” just means that they reported spam through their ESP instead of unsubscribing through an unsubscribe link, so there may not be any actual “feedback”
