Open price product for donations

Is there a way to do an “open donation” type of product? So if we create an order form people can fill it out and specify the amount they want to “donate” (pay)?

You can do an order form for $1 and leave the quantity field open so they can change the value of the number of $1 they want to contribute.

So you can do what you describe or create a product with different price options they can choose.
