We have been experimenting with a web form for new patients to fill out details prior to coming into our office so it is very convenient for them. Would it be better to use a landing page? It looks easier to fill out on a smart phone and we can make it look better. Any suggestions or tips on either webform or landing page?

Yeah, I’d learn toward the new landing page builder - you can create pretty slick looking pages, and they’re mobile responsive meaning they can be formatted for desktop and have a design that works on mobile devices as well.
