One form to update multiple contacts

Hi, when contacts in my Keap database moved from prospects to clients I have a number of custom fields I need to update. These custom fields are the same for everyone in the company.

Currently, I use an internal form that I fill out for each contact in the company that updates these fields and then sends them a welcome email.

I’m looking for a way to make this easier/more streamlined. Is there a way I could fill out one form that would update the custom fields for everyone in the company and send them all the welcome email?

There isn’t a way to do that natively but if you’re using a third-party like Integromat or PlusThis, they have tools that allow you to tag associated records and you could do something with those tools.
