New landing page - previous subdomain not refreshing

So I’m trying to reuse a published campaign and landing page. We used it for a webinar last year. We’re doing the same one this year. But when I change dates or other details in the landing page it does not reflect in the published subdomain page. I’ve tried unlinking and linking again, waiting for a 1-2 days. I still see old content in the custom subdomain. Do i need to create a new subdomain everytime I run the same webinar
