Multiple Emails sent when syncing invoices from Revenue Conduit

Hi, since about 5 weeks ago, every invoice synced in our InfusionSoft app by Revenue Conduit has been sending 2 to 3 times the invoice email to our customers. We ask their customer service, and they said it is a problem with IS. Can someone help?

Hm, This one is a bit of a tough one to tackle on the forum. I might recommend bring some examples to our support team, of specific contacts that received these, to see what we may be able to find out. Sounds a little strange that our system would batch out an email multiple times, without being directed to by an integration, in this scenario, but I would still bring some examples for our support team to take a look at.
