MIssing Information Going from Classic to Current

I asked support to switch to the new interface and I’m immediately regretting it! I thought this was out of beta - I feel like I’m in an InfusionSoft Twilight Zone?! It looks as though all my custom contact types don’t exist anymore (only customer, lead and other are available). All my company name information is missing too (that is, the name of the company for every contact is missing).
