Membership Subscription Paid by Someone on Behalf of Someone Else

I have a membership site using Wordpress, Memberium and Keap Ecommerce. I had someone subscribe to the membership and pay. After payment was processed, they notified me that the subscription was for someone else.

How do I transfer the membership to the other person?

I have searched and searched and cannot find a way to make the change because user names cannot be changed and the purchaser used their email address to create the account.
