Mail goes to Junk folder in case of outlook accounts. What may be the reason.

First question has to be do you have your DKIM and/or SPF setup?

Hi Andy,

Yes, DKIM and/or SPF setup.

DKIM is setup in Infusionsoft. CNAME record is added in domain server. SPF also setup on domain server.
