Looking for assistance with OAUTH for Bloom Forms Intergration

HI

I’ve tried using the Service Account Key’s to link Bloom Forms to Keap but that doesn’t seem to be working. It looks like I will need to setup a Third Party Authorization. I have no experience in this area is there anyone that can help or guide me in the right direction. Thank you

Hi @The_Super_Investor_A,

I presume this is referring to Elegant Themes - Bloom Plugin?

I can see in their documentation it mentions about the Legacy API Key needed to be used.

Does your Settings look exactly the same as shown in their documentation, or is it different?

I know there have not been any updates with Divi with their Infusionsoft integration, Either they are unaware of the changes that have happened, or they have yet to make a release to support it.

If your settings are just asking for the API Key, then I recommend that you raise a Support Ticket with Elegant Themes, and inform them about this article below.

Hi

Thank you for your reply.

Yes it is about the Elegant Themes – Bloom Plug in.

The Legacy API not longer works with Keap and the SAK key doesn’t work either. Keap suggested I reach out to the developer community to see if they can help.

Kind regards

Lucinda
