Landing Page thank you page get 404 error

I built a landing page and assigned a Custom URL and loaded it into my Wordpress widget. The landing page works, but when the CTA button is pressed, the user gets a 404 error instead of the thank you page in the landing page creator.

Same issue and i’ve raised this with their support since April. Until now there is no solution.
