I’m concerned about our transactional emails. In order to keep using our automations in Keap without risking our transactional emails not to send due to unengaged contacts, will it be possible to use a third party like SendGrid to send out these emails? We’re planning to replace the email nodes with http post nodes to trigger email sending in SendGrid instead. Any comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
You can absolutely use the HTTPS actions to send transactional emails. That is outside of Keap and they won’t care. They are only concerned with their sending reputation. I do that for some of my clients - specifically for those domains that Keap automatically marks as undeliverable. If they have a bad status and we are sending transactional, we take that out of the system and send the email through their Gmail account using Make.
