KEAP Ultimate

I have tried Chat and my CSM to find out how I can transition from Max Classic to Ultimate, but no joy. Any advice on who I should contact?

The CSM would be your best bet.

They are rolling out Ultimate slowly, so they may not be able to circumvent the planned process.

@Jeff_Arnold - I am surprised that Keap Ultimate was not rolled out to the Sandbox Accounts first, before rolling out to Clients.
