We are using WePay as our MP. In the last years, when the card declined, IFS auto-update the card. This happens mostly within the quarter. So the card declined from the last quarter, we checked it again the next, and we get the note updated by Infusionsoft. Now it seems it stops from working just this year.
Anyone experiencing the same issue? or is familiar with auto-update?
We usually send out emails to remind and update card.
