Got problem with auto payment monthly

I got problem with auto payment monthly. I cannot do anything these 4 days. I report to Support but have not answer yet.



We really won’t be able to answer anything if you don’t describe what’s going on or not working. Most that will try to answer your questions won’t be able to look at server logs or your app so details or snapshots describing what you refer to are needed.

Our account has been inactive because the auto payment got problem. I reported to support from Vietnam for over 05 days but it has not been resolved yet. Yesterday I reported directly to Infusion Soft US support but it has not been resolved yet. And the supporter works only 8hrs per day.
