When I set a 3 x instalment option infusionsoft is taking 4 x payments! Why is this happening? It’s causing us much more manual work and this system is supposed to help us save time through automation. Can someone please tell me how to fix this before I take our custom elsewhere.
Can someone from infusionsoft get back to me on my questions asap as this is still happening and it is now causing us lots of additional manual work. I can’t access the ‘Chat’ as that has ben unavailable for days now. Is there a problem with this system? The support sucks!
