Is there an automated way to update the credit card expiration date on my clients cards on file? My merchant offer this service, but because all of the card info is in Infusionsoft, they’re unable to do it for me. Any suggestion within Infusionsoft or a 3rd party application?
If you are using WePay through Infusionsoft, it will automatically work on updating the card data (you have no interaction with it - it just happens).
I’m not aware of it working with any other services.
Thank you Jeff. We don’t use WePay. Surely there must be a solution out there for a 3rd party provider that can link Infusionsoft and Authorize?
For payments, yes, that’s avail, but I am fairly certain it doesn’t do the cc update.
