We are a nonprofit organization that does a lot of education. We would like to automate the process of delivering customized PDF certificates of attendance following sessions. Is this even possible within Keap? And if so, could someone provide me with some brief direction for how to make that happen? Thank you!
If you wanted to send customized PDFs, you’d need to go through a 3rd party. DocuSign allows for customization (with an integration through PlusThis , but there are also lots of other PDF generating companies out there (that don’t need esignatures). Those can be integrated using a 3rd party like Zapier or Integromat.
