Integrate utm parameters as a tag from Instapage to Infusionsoft

I can integrate Instapage forms with Infusionsoft, but I don’t know how to do utm parameters. In instapage, I create it as a hidden field in the form (for example ?utm_source=facebook). When integrating with Infusionsoft fields, what do I do so that a tag is attached when the form goes to Infusionsoft (for example Facebook)?

Sounds like you’ve got the Instapage to Infusionsoft integration working, which is great.

My question to you is, why do you need to set up tags? Why can’t you just capture the UTM parameters and other attribution data and store it in custom fields on the contact record?

It might be worth looking at tools like Attributer.io to help with this. They captures the UTM parameters when someone first lands on your site, stores them in the visitors browser, and then writes them into hidden fields on your form when it’s submitted. Attributer works with Keap forms, Instapage forms and about 50+ other form builders, so it’ll likely worth with the forms on your landing pages and your main marketing site.

You can then pass the data that Attributer provides through to Infusionsoft, store it on the contact record, use it in reports, etc.
