How do I install GTM on a Thank You page?

I need to install Google Tag Manager code on an Infusionsoft thank you page so I can keep track of my Adwords conversions.
Chat and phone support are unavailable at this time.
Can anyone explain to me how I can do this?

Drag an ‘insert code’ snippet into the Thank you page and insert the code in that.
