Infusionsoft non responsive and duplicating error messages

Infusionsoft becomes unresponsive and duplicates the page. This happens on an off throughout the day and our staff are currently at a stand still, can anyone give any insights on this issue? We have logged a ticket but not heard back yet.

Yes, I have tried incognito mode and different browsers.
The chat support has replicated the issue and said someone would be in contact, but I am now getting no responses.

You can always constant them again for an update, make sure you always ask for a case number so they can help your more efficiently.
