Infusion Users stopped being updated to my database

I have database table Infusion_users which is updated by Infusion soft Users created. 1) FirstName 2) LastName 3) Title 4) Email

Now when I add user in infusionsoft, it stopped updating my database and does not sync .Can you help? No script changes.

Are you using REST Hooks or sending HTTP POSTs from campaign builder?
