Yesterday I sold a program for £247 that rolled people into a Monthly membership with 60 days free (I had that set up as a trigger)
Overnight multiple payments seem to have gone through for people who bought the program.
It’s almost like I’ve been hacked or something. Has anyone had this and is there an emergency number I can contract Infusionsoft on?
There is the possibility that someone inadvertently clicks the button multiple times and it creates more than one instance. I would like to think they could prevent this but evidently not.
