I need help to show my html code block on my email (UPDATED)

For some odd reason, my HTML code block does not show up in my emails.

Instead, my emails end up looking like this:

When it’s suppose to include this HTML code block:

16%20PM
16%20PM1066×1516 182 KB

Below is my HTML code:

51%20PM
51%20PM2466×1482 1.28 MB

I have tried to reach out to support through phone and through chat all day today, but no one was able to figure out the issue. Would appreciate any assistance on this.
