I have a promotion code set up that is not working. I have it being applied to two separate products using two separate product specific discounts

Be sure that when you are trying the promo code, you aren’t opening in a new tab and testing. The order forms in Infusionsoft are cookie based and retain old info. Always do your testing by right clicking and using an incognito window. That way, you don’t have lingering ‘stuff’ from a previous test.
