How to create an easy pipeline reporting for a complex sales process


We have a really complex sales process which we want to add deals and then follow up with leads. We get a lot of leads each day and our sales team is spending a lot of time on putting them through deals vs quickly moving stuff around. It would be nice to have a Kanban system but it’s not available in Infusionsoft. Is there a way to make this more easy and how to deal with leads without deals created and may be in different phases of the sales cycle.
