How long does it take to trigger an automation within a sequence Start Goal of a campaign is the addition of a Tag?

Hi,
I have a Campaign that removes a tag if another Tag has been added. How long does it take to execute the sequence? Im seeing it sit there for some time.

Is there any way to trigger the automation immediately or close to?
