How long does it take to bill a subscription?

When I set up a subscription manually, it takes a while for the billing to occur. Does anyone know how long it takes from the time I set up the subscription until the time it bills? I’m trying to get the charge processed (testing out something), but it has already been three hours and it still hasn’t happened yet.

My understanding is that the system attempts to bill every 6 hours.

Set up the subscription with all the details you want, and make sure to select an auto-charged credit card and set the start date to today, then click save. After you click save you will see a new the option “invoice” at the bottom. Click “invoice” and it will process immediately.
