How do I see a scheduled email broadcast from another user?
Hi @Dallas_Brown. If you head to your Marketing>Reports, and go to the ‘Email Broadcasts’ report, the criteria in this report will allow you to choose another user, that would have scheduled the broadcast. Under the ‘Misc Criteria’ you will see that I choose a few options like ‘Queued and Processing’ It sounds like you are looking for broadcasts that another user scheduled to send in the future, which would be ‘Queued’. The reason I head over to ‘Misc Criteria’ to see the queued broadcasts, is because, by default, this report will show completed broadcasts.
