Every time I do a sale for example only 290 or 1000 out of 30,000 will be pipelined into the campaign does anyone know why this happens? Or how to solve this?

Well, my first question would be “SHOULD everyone be added?”
Obviously segmenting your audience into groups and using targeted messaging based on what you know about them will help with the way your message is received, and how many people engage with your offer.
But, more to your question, you can add contacts to a sequence through a variety of ways, here’s the easiest:
The system can be slow to process for groups of that size, but if you’re confident it’s finished processing and you don’t have the right number of contacts in your campaign, there may be something else at play.
