When they purchase optizemember with paypal, how can infusionsoft trigger a email followup?

I’m seeing a couple of articles on OptimizePress’ website via Google, does this get you closer?

If I follow your instructions above and I am using Paypal as the merchant, not infusionsoft, will this method work for the sales page, where they purchase my online course, and will they still get a thank you page from optimaze press giving the access to their course?
