How do i get the contacts in my nurture list?

I am creating a new project and I need to get the names and email addresses of these contacts. I need to have the list within the day!

If you attempting to retrieve this information via the API, which I’m assuming since you posted in our API Q&A section, you can use a PAT or SAK to access the REST API and make a call to the /tags endpoint to retrieve the list of tags available, then get the list of Contacts who are tagged.
