How do I find all the contacts who have opted out of email etc so I can delete them from our database?
Go to Marketing - Reports
Run the Email Status report and choose the statuses you want to pull.
At the top of the list you can click the check box to select all, then use the ‘actions’ drop down to delete them (or tag them for deletion).
