Hotmail and MSN accounts

I’m getting a lot of enquiries at the moment from customers who are not receiving our emails, and I can see that they are unopened. They seem to be mostly hotmail and msn accounts. Is there anything we can do to make our emails more likely to be accepted by hotmail accounts?
