Getting all fields back in the Get Contacts API

Hello, I am looking for what ways we are able to get the API to match the fields you retreive from an export. I have been able to get Custom Fields back but basic General Fields like Last Name, Birthday, etc don’t respond back.

Any help would be appreciated.
